Snow Crab

The Alaska snow crab fishery occurs in the Bering Sea, traditionally from January to April. They are smaller and less red than king crab and much more prolific. Also known as Opilio Crab, live snow crab average just over 1 pound round weight. Opilio are landed live, immediately split, cleaned, and cooked. The sections are bulk packed for shipping and sale.
