King Crab
King Crab are the largest species of crab found in the northernmost waters of the Pacific Ocean, from Alaska to northern Japan. King Crab average 6 to 8 pounds each. Peter Pan Seafoods, Inc is involved almost exclusively in the Bristol Bay fishery which produces the highest quality crab. King crab is landed live, immediately split and cleaned and cooked. The remaining two pieces, made up of the legs, claws and shoulders, are called sections or clusters. These bulk packed sections are the basic product from which all other king crab products are made.
